Compensation: $1,000 - $1,600 per week (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Estimator - Doors, Mouldings & Hardware to join our team in Coral Springs, FL (On-site). The Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate take-offs, cost estimates, and bids for residential and commercial projects involving doors, mouldings, hardware, bath accessories, wire shelving, and mirrors. This position requires the ability to interpret architectural drawings, evaluate material requirements, and provide precise proposals while working closely with project managers, contractors, sales teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on estimating experience in construction, millwork, or the door and hardware industry, with strong attention to detail, proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-driven environment with a leading interior finish solutions provider.

What You'll Do

• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements.

• Prepare detailed material take-offs, cost estimates, bids, and proposals.

• Work with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to ensure scope accuracy and pricing competitiveness.

• Stay updated on product lines, material costs, and industry standards.

• Track budgets, assist with value engineering, and provide technical estimating support to projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven estimating experience in construction, millwork, or door and hardware projects.

• Strong knowledge of doors, mouldings, hardware, bath accessories, wire shelving, and mirrors.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency with estimating tools/software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
