Retail Bakery Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Retail Bakery Store Manager to lead daily operations at our bakery in Miami. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, customer service, and operational expertise to ensure smooth store performance, satisfied customers, and a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily bakery operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper food safety standards are consistently met.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and merchandising of baked goods and supplies.
• Track sales performance, control labor and supply costs, and work to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase traffic and sales.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of retail management experience (food service, café, or bakery preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and inventory.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (required).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
