Our client, an ultra-luxury residential builder with 40+ years in the industry, is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee $1M–$10M custom home projects across South Florida. PM-level candidates only.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations for high-end custom homes and major renovations

• Manage subs, schedules, budgets, materials, and inspections

• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and permitting officials

• Handle procurement, change orders, documentation, and punch-out

• Ensure top-tier quality and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• 2+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor

• Required: Luxury residential / custom home experience

• Strong field coordination, leadership, organization, and client communication

• Ability to manage multiple trades, timelines, and high-touch clients

• English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus
