Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Jacksonville, FL

Miles Behavior Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or community settings
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors and skill acquisition programs
- Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior reduction techniques
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
- Follow ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and company policies
Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Current RBT active certification
- High school diploma
- Basic life support or CPR certificate
- Minimum of 6 months ABA experience preferred
- Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background screening
