We are a Florida-based general contracting and roofing firm with projects across the state. We are seeking a skilled Construction Paralegal to handle permitting, client communications, legal documentation, and administrative tasks. This unique role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating both construction workflows and legal compliance.
Permitting & Project Coordination

Prepare, submit, and track building, roofing, and trade permits across Florida cities and counties.

Interface with clients, subcontractors, and municipalities regarding permit status and requirements.

Review plans with the General Contractor to ensure accuracy and compliance with project scope.

Obtain and organize NOAs (Notice of Acceptance) and Florida Product Approval documents.

Track project milestones, inspections, and approvals; update project management boards.

Schedule and coordinate municipal inspections.
Paralegal & Legal Support

Draft, review, and organize construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.

Assist with Notice of Commencement, Lien Waivers, and Release of Lien documents.

Monitor compliance with Florida Construction Lien Law and permitting requirements.

Maintain organized files of legal and regulatory documents for all projects.

Support in dispute resolution preparation, correspondence, and records management.

Coordinate with outside counsel when necessary.
Administrative Support

Manage construction records, correspondence, and digital files.

Maintain communication logs with clients, vendors, inspectors, and attorneys.

Provide general office and executive support to the project management and legal team.
