ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re looking for a technically sharp and highly motivated IT Intern to support the firm's technology initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, system optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration within a forward-thinking law firm.
Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL DO
- Salesforce Support: Assist in day-to-day administration, including user setup, data entry, report generation, and dashboard updates.
- System Optimization: Support enhancements to the Salesforce platform that align with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Help identify and resolve Salesforce-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to document and implement solutions.
- Workflow Documentation: Assist in mapping and documenting internal workflows and systems for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Integration Projects: Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems (e.g., document management, client portals).
- Best Practices Research: Stay up to date with Salesforce trends and propose tools or methods to improve usage and adoption within the firm.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL, up to 20 hours per week.
Knowledge & Skills
- Prior exposure to Salesforce (coursework, certifications, or hands-on experience preferred).
- Understanding of Salesforce objects, user roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Comfortable with Excel, databases, and basic data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
