Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Part-Time

Physician Care Partners is seeking a passionate and skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in ultrasound technology and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, vascular, and OB/GYN scans.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering their questions.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring image quality and accuracy.
  • Review and analyze ultrasound images, providing preliminary reports to physicians.
  • Document findings accurately in patient records.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications. Will work under Medical Supervision. Experience is better

  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • Proficient in operating various ultrasound machines and imaging software.
  • Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify subtle abnormalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
