Job Summary
We are a patient-centered outpatient primary care practice seeking a highly experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience, demonstrate strong independent clinical judgment, and be comfortable assuming full responsibility for patient care decisions within a collaborative practice environment.
This role is designed for an ARNP who manages a full patient panel with confidence and partners with physicians and staff to uphold high standards of preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

Position Details
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Call: Shared among providers (minimal and well-supported)
Patient Population: Adult primary care
Setting: Outpatient family medicine
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients
Independently diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and annual exams
Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and obesity
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with Florida scope of practice
Maintain ownership of a full patient panel and continuity of care
Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR (with scribe support)
Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff
Support best practices and high standards of care
Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence
Requirements
Active Florida ARNP license in good standing
Minimum 3 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Strong independent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage a full patient panel autonomously
Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
