Location: Palm City, FL
Type: Full-time • Monday–Friday
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base (DOE)
Position Overview
Seeking an Attorney to deliver high-quality estate planning and probate counsel for a growth-minded firm. You’ll manage matters end-to-end—client consultations, document drafting, probate administration, occasional hearings—and coordinate trust funding with clients and their advisors. The firm emphasizes outcomes, professionalism, and work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead client consultations; define strategy and scope.

Draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, and related estate documents.

Handle probate matters (petitions through final accounting/closing) and attend hearings as needed.

Coordinate trust funding and asset alignment with clients and third-party advisors.

Maintain proactive client communication and matter timelines; manage a full caseload.

Monitor legal developments and apply updates to forms, processes, and client advice.

Contribute to process improvement and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications

Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.

Experience: 50+ estate plans drafted and/or attorney of record on 25+ probate cases.

Strong drafting, research, and writing skills; high attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; solid matter management discipline.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines professionally.
Qualifications

LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.

Experience with Elder Law and/or Guardianship.

Experience serving high-net-worth clients and complex fact patterns.
