Job description

Come work in a fast-growing company that covers the Southeast with premier product lines. We are looking for passionate & seasoned technicians to help support a heavy-duty truck and equipment service center.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Addresses customer concerns promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Diagnoses and performs designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, air, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance.
  • Quotes repairs, monitors expenses versus repair quotes, and ensures office is aware of cost overruns.
  • Documents repairs performed and accounts for time and materials.
  • Collaborates with manufacturer technical support for escalated diagnostics and warranty concerns.
  • Maintains necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Office Hours are 7am – 5pm.

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License.
  • Clean MVR/must be insurable.
  • Self-driven.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills.

Experience:

  • 1 year mechanical experience (required).
  • Heavy truck, equipment, or refuse experience prefered.

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required).

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate to branch area before starting work (Preferred)
