Come work in a fast-growing company that covers the Southeast with premier product lines. We are looking for passionate & seasoned technicians to help support a heavy-duty truck and equipment service center.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Addresses customer concerns promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Diagnoses and performs designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, air, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance.
- Quotes repairs, monitors expenses versus repair quotes, and ensures office is aware of cost overruns.
- Documents repairs performed and accounts for time and materials.
- Collaborates with manufacturer technical support for escalated diagnostics and warranty concerns.
- Maintains necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday.
- Office Hours are 7am – 5pm.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License.
- Clean MVR/must be insurable.
- Self-driven.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience:
- 1 year mechanical experience (required).
- Heavy truck, equipment, or refuse experience prefered.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to branch area before starting work (Preferred)
