Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Essential Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with industrial equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $47000.00/yr.
