Job Details
We’re looking for a Superintendent with strong shell construction experience on commercial projects. This role is responsible for field execution, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, inspections, safety, and pushing the project to timely closeout.
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience with ground-up shell, tilt-wall, sitework, and structural packages
- Track record of managing subs and maintaining schedule
- Ability to lead field operations from mobilization to TCO
- Strong communication with PM and ownership teams
