Job Title: Property Management Assistant
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will assist the property management team with administrative tasks, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and general office support to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with lease administration, including renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and property inspections
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work orders and vendor services
- Support rent collection and track delinquencies
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and notices as needed
- Help manage property budgets and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
