Position Summary:
The Cart Attendant works with golf operations and other department staff and will interact with Copperleaf Golf operations' clientele while assisting members and guests with their golf needs. This position is responsible for supporting our members in assisting with their golf needs, including bag handling, cleaning clubs, and preparing golf carts for members' use.
Tasks/Duties:
· Responsible for setting up members and guests with golf carts and related duties.
· Maintains a hazard-free working environment.
· Responsible for securing the member’s golf bags and the club’s physical assets.
· Acts as an integral and efficient part of the service delivery to the membership
· Maintains a neat and professional appearance at all times.
· Complies with and promotes all organization policies and procedures, including the Drugfree workplace policy
· Regular attendance is a requirement of this position
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Must be outgoing, personable, team player, and able to communicate effectively
- Knowledgeable of Golf Services
- Background as a golf player preferred.
- Able to lift between 30 to 60 lbs.
- Must be reliable and predictable with attendance
- Must present a positive, professional image at all times.
- Must be self-motivated and customer service-oriented
- Must hold strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving a golf cart.
