Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating leads through various channels to build a robust client base.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client relationship management.
- Participate in property showings to gain firsthand experience in the sales process.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials to effectively promote listings.
- Engage in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from peers.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for seamless follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and sharing insights.
- Proven track record of being proactive and self-motivated, driving your own success.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts to assist in promoting property listings effectively.
