The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around construction, metal, or installation work.

You’ll work alongside our installation and fabrication team in both the shop and on job sites, supporting aluminum fabrication, installs, and problem-solving in real time. This is a hands on role and you will be expected to jump in, learn fast, and make yourself useful.

For the right person, this role is a launchpad into a lead position running installs and helping build a strong, reliable team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with installation of aluminum systems (railings, gates, screens, shade structures, fencing, etc.)
• Supporting shop fabrication (cutting, prep, assembly, finishing, loading)
• Helping install crews stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
• Learning how to read drawings, understand scopes, and solve site issues
• Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean and professional
• Stepping in where needed — because that’s how leaders are built
• Gradually taking on more responsibility as skills and confidence grow
