We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our Diamond-level Invisalign dental practice that is Invisalign-driven, laser dentistry–focused, and technology-forward. Our office is known for delivering exceptional care using cutting-edge digital dentistry, including same-day 3D printed restorations, advanced scanning technology, and modern laser treatments.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring patients receive an outstanding experience from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine enthusiasm for patient care and modern dentistry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general and cosmetic procedures, including Invisalign (Diamond-level volume), laser treatments, and same-day restorative dentistry
- Support same-day 3D printed restorations, including digital workflows and chairside efficiency
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Take digital x-rays and perform intraoral digital scans using iTero (strongly preferred)
- Accurately chart treatment information in Open Dental
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Support front office staff with patient flow when necessary
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused, high-energy office culture
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Florida dental radiology certification (required)
- Experience with digital scanning (iTero) is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Invisalign workflows, dental lasers, and/or digital dentistry a plus
- Knowledge of Open Dental software a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech, Invisalign-focused environment
