Job DescriptionRetail Center Sales Consultant
Join our client’s vibrant Retail Center team as a Sales Consultant. You’ll deliver a consultative sales experience, helping customers navigate health, wellness, and income protection solutions—both in-center and in the community.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage walk-ins, calls, and emails to assess needs and recommend products
- Conduct plan comparisons, explain benefits, and enroll new or existing members
- Perform proactive outreach: daily outbound calls, lead follow-up, and retention strategies
- Cross-sell additional services and schedule advisor consultations
- Build community presence through networking, events, and onsite employer group visits
- Track activity and results using CRM and MS Office tools
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (health insurance, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- 2-15 or 2-40 license *required*
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, MS Office, and web-based tool skills
- Outgoing personality and passion for community engagement
