- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer waiting areas.
- Assist service technicians with moving vehicles and preparing them for service.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
- Ensure that all vehicles are handled with care and respect.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding vehicle status and customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus.
