All County Property Management Pros in Sarasota is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in rental management.
This is a full-time, salaried position with standard hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that availability for occasional emergency matters outside of these hours is required. While this is a remote role, candidates must be local to the area for regular property inspections throughout Manatee and Sarasota County. A reliable vehicle is required for daily use.
Applicants must have high-speed internet and a personal cell phone.
We will provide a company computer, desk phone, and all necessary technology. While no prior real estate experience is required, we are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, patient demeanor, and proficiency in typing, computer programs, and software. Strong written and oral English communication skills are essential.
Property management is a demanding field that requires resilience. We are willing to train the right person through a 90-day introductory period.
