Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in Fort Myers, Florida.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

• Achieve targets and utilize pipelines for success measurement.

• Accountable for personal success and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.

• Proficiency in monitoring, documenting patient progress, and adjusting plans.

• Demonstrated success in achieving targets and utilizing pipelines effectively.

• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

• Experience in working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning.

• Ability to adapt to evolving industry practices and techniques.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
