We're partnering with a therapist-centric home care organization, looking for the TOP physical therapists in the area for Full time, IN-HOME positions within multiple territories in the Naples, Florida area.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>In home physical therapy evaluations, assessments, follow ups</li>
<li>Average of 5-6 home visits per day, including documentation using EMR</li>
<li>Schedule patients based upon your schedule</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Current therapist license issued by the state of Florida</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
</ul>
