Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related contracts.
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Coordinate closings and manage all aspects of the transaction process.
- Advise clients on legal risks and strategies related to real estate investments and developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate transactional law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial real estate and development projects.
- Familiarity with land use and zoning matters.
