Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and technically savvy Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology projects. You will work closely with engineering, product, QA, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with MyBambus technical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs across mobile (iOS/Android), backend (middleware), and web platforms.
- Translate product and business requirements into clear execution plans and technical deliverables.
- Drive creation of Technical Design Documents (TDDs), project timelines, resource plans, and status reports.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and product managers to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates using agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Track progress through tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate UAT, feature rollout testing, and ensure alignment across QA and implementation teams.
- Support incident response and troubleshooting during post-release phases.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain project health dashboards, and contribute to process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in fintech, mobile apps, or consumer technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps processes.
- Ability to lead large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders, distributed teams, and tight deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-platform environments (iOS, Android, middleware, web).
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Gantt/roadmapping tools.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a bilingual or multicultural environment (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to financial compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, etc.).

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
