Compensation

• Hourly Pay Range:

  • $24.93/hr (Entry Level)

  • $33.59/hr (10 years’ experience)

  • Up to $36.15/hr (15+ years’ experience)

Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$3.25/hr

• Evenings: +$2.00/hr

• Weekends: +$2.00/hr

• Holidays: Time and a Half

Incentives

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join a high-acuity acute care environment in Ocala, Florida. This role provides exposure to trauma, emergency, orthopedic, and neurological imaging. The position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for both new graduates and experienced technologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and radiation safety standards (ALARA)

• Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures

• Transmit images for radiologist interpretation

• Collect and document patient vitals and medical history

• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and exam preparation

• Maintain clean and organized imaging rooms and supplies

• Transport patients safely when required

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT certification required

• Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license required

• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
