Cleaning / Janitorial, Laundry (washing and folding), Cleaning common areas, grills, hallways, removing trash, removing dirty linens from units, assist housepeeking with supplies. Other cleaning dutie may be applied.

MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH

THE JOB IS IN TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY IN FORT LAUDERDALE 8:00AM - 6:00PM. THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IN DEERFIELD BEACH 8:30AM - 5:00PM OR UNTIL DUTIES ASSIGNED ARE COMPLETED

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Follow company safety guidelines
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Maintain property clean to meet company standards
• Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Requires good communication skills
• Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Work well with all departments
• Punctual - Be on time for all shifts
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly

Experience:

• Cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full-time
