Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing (or willingness to obtain admission promptly)
- Preference given to those with Texas or Florida bar admission
- 2-4 years of substantive real estate experience, preferably with a large law firm (boutique firm experience considered)
- Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing
- Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus
- Strong oral advocacy, research, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
- Professionalism: Client-service oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellence
