Full Time 9-6 EST - On-Site (Deerfield Beach, FL) Contract to Hire

Required Experience

Minimum Two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Minimum Two years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
Minimum Two years of experience in Salesforce CPQ
Minimum Two years of experience as Salesforce Architect
Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce solutions from the ground up
Strong expertise in data management and migration practices and tools
Solid understanding of business operations and process optimization
Experience with lightning interface and creating lightning components
Experience managing security settings, user roles, and permissions
Strong experience in business operations

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications
Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce usage and best practices
Proactively identify business needs and implement improvements to ensure scalability as the company grows
