We are hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help maintain a welcoming environment. This position is in the Pine Island, St. James City area of Lee County. A part-time job at $18.00 per hour with weekly pay. This position requires a valid driver's license. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other tasks needed promptly. Thursday-Saturday 7:00-3:30.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders promptly
- Janitorial duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Light plumbing and light maintenance repairs
- Light electrical repairs
- Lawncare
- Light painting
- Assist owners and visitors with maintenance duties on the beautiful resort property
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload indoors and outside
- Detail-oriented
- English speaking and a helpful friendly attitude
- Must be able to lift to 40 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license to apply
