Job Title: Medical Technologist – Night Shift
Location: Hudson, FL
Shift: Full-Time Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: $27.09 – $37.92/hr (based on experience)
Additional Pay: Night differential $2.50/hr | On-call $2/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for night shift
Relocation: Case-by-case

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our hospital laboratory team. The role supports Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology sections with high-volume, acute care testing. This is a full-time night shift position requiring independent judgment, accuracy, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform stat and routine testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology disciplines.

Execute quality control, proficiency testing, delta checks, and critical result protocols.

Assume department responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.

Maintain accurate documentation, review pending logs, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Support compliance with CAP regulatory standards and manage supply inventory.
Qualifications:

Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s in Medical Technology preferred.

Florida Medical Technologist License required (or obtainable during interview).

Minimum 3 years of Medical Technologist experience required.

Strong independent judgment, organization, and workflow management skills.
