A well-established, family-owned real estate company with offices across Florida is seeking an energetic and organized Relocation Coordinator to join its Orlando corporate team. This position plays a key role in supporting relocation and referral operations, helping customers and sales associates enjoy a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

Position Overview
The Relocation Coordinator oversees day-to-day relocation activities, manages one staff member, and ensures all referrals and transactions are handled accurately and professionally. This position also involves corporate outreach, relationship management, and business development to strengthen referral pipelines and partner networks as well as making daily calls to drive and develop new business relationships. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee incoming and outgoing relocation referrals (corporate, broker-to-broker, and network-based)
• Supervise and mentor a staff member within the relocation department to ensure accuracy and consistency of all processes
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, agents, and partner networks
• Track and monitor relocation files, ensuring timelines, documentation, and milestones are consistently met
• Maintain accurate records, update company CRM systems, and prepare reports for leadership
• Support managers and agents with relocation processes, training, and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with national relocation partners to maintain compliance and service excellence
• Conduct corporate calling and professional networking to expand referral and relocation business opportunities
• ✈️ Attend company-sponsored out-of-state relocation and real estate events a few times a year (travel expenses fully covered). These events are designed for professional learning and relationship-building, with engaging schedules and valuable networking opportunities throughout the day and evening
• Travel to each Florida office 1–2 times per year to maintain strong relationships, provide hands-on support, and ensure seamless coordination across all branches
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work outside standard hours when urgent needs or time-sensitive projects arise (infrequent but occasionally necessary)
• ✨ Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects professionalism, positivity, and teamwork

Qualifications
• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• Prior experience in real estate, relocation services, or transaction management required
• Proven ability to supervise or manage team members effectively
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Professional, dependable, and motivated team player
• Willingness and ability to travel both in-state and out-of-state as outlined above
