Senior Corporate Attorney – Miami, FL

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Corporate Attorney to join a leading firm’s Corporate Group in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate transactions and general corporate matters and will work closely with practice group leadership and other attorneys on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation, fund formation, and other general corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and transactional documents.
• Collaborate with practice group leadership and other attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate governance, structuring, and compliance matters.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth and success of the practice group.

Requirements:

• 6 + years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation/fund formation, and general corporate/contractual matters.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities preferred.
