About the Role
As a Showing Agent with The Nickley Group, you’ll be the friendly face who helps clients experience homes in person. You’ll work closely with our experienced agents to make every showing smooth, exciting, and memorable — all while learning the ins and outs of what it takes to become a top producer.

Compensation:
$25 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one
- Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics
- Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences
- Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience
- Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role
Qualifications:
Who You Are
- Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role
- Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication
- Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida
- Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it!
