Location: Immokalee, FL 34142
Travel: Required to travel to Clewiston, FL 33440 one to two days per week. A vehicle will be provided at the Immokalee location.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $152,500 – $170,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide direct medical care to ambulatory patients across multiple clinical settings. The ARNP will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions, prescribing treatments, and supporting patients with preventative care. This role requires travel between Immokalee and Clewiston, offering a dynamic opportunity to serve diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage diseases, conditions, and illnesses in ambulatory patients

Provide preventative care and prescribe medications and appropriate treatment plans

Refer patients to specialists or facilities when further care is required

Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records

Deliver high-quality care in a compassionate, collaborative environment

Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing with a Family Practice focus required

Board certification in Family Practice required

Active ARNP license in the State of Florida

Current CPR/HIV certification required

ACLS experience preferred

Experience in a primary care setting preferred

Valid Florida Driver’s License required

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
