Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a licensed School Psychologist to support elementary-aged students in an itinerant role across two schools in the Naples, FL area. The position offers a balanced schedule with the flexibility to work full-time onsite or split time between schools and remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and development.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school personnel to develop intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and mental health support tailored to elementary-level students.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with Florida Department of Health School Psychologist licensing requirements and district policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida DOH School Psychologist license required.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably with a background in Florida school systems.
- Strong understanding of child development, educational psychology, and intervention strategies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and families.
- Ability to manage itinerant caseload effectively between multiple elementary schools.
Location & Schedule:
- On-site position in Naples, FL, serving two elementary schools.
- Flexible schedule with options: either full-time onsite or a 2/3 day split between the two schools plus one remote workday.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week from January 5, 2026 through May 29, 2026.
