Duval Ford is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Operator. The Tow Truck Operator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. At times the Tow Truck Operator may be roadside when performing their job duties.
This role requires traveling to various locations to assist customers.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communications with service department to obtain vehicle location.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety is required after towing assigned vehicle.
- Documents all damage on vehicles.
- Road tests vehicles when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience inspecting and repairing vehicles
- Must have a E License and clear MVR.
- Knowledgeable and stays abreast of federal, state and local regulations
- Works in a safe manner
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
