R & D Paving LLC is looking for an experienced MOT Foreman to join our team.
- Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans.
- Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones
- Train and mentor flaggers on proper techniques for directing traffic through work zones
- Direct traffic movement through work sites using signals and signage effectively.
- Monitor inventory, quality control of current inventory, and provide proper amount for each project.
- Complete daily MOT reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have FDOT MOT Supervisor Certification
- Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
- Experience and knowledge of DOT means and methods, and a thorough understanding of industry practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide positive impact on field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with willingness to handle additional responsibilities as needed.
Full time position - 7am -3:30pm M-F Location : 976 27th Street West Palm Beach, Florida ( Company Yard)
