What You’ll Do
- Manage matters through all phases of litigation, from pleadings to trial and post‑trial
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and strategy
- Argue motions and participate in depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations
- Communicate effectively with partners and clients on case strategy and status
What You Bring
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission
- At least 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle matters independently
- Professional, organized, and collaborative approach
