 Location: The Claridge of Pompano Oceanfront High-Rise (23 Stories) Date Posted: February 16, 2026 Compensation: Open for Discussion Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Overview The Claridge is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Property Manager to oversee daytoday operations of our oceanfront residential highrise. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and preferably experience in construction or project management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we begin a full interior renovation project. Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners; address concerns and ensure a high level of service.</li>
<li>Property Maintenance: Supervise maintenance operations, inspections, service contracts, repairs, landscaping, and staff.</li>
<li>Construction &amp; Projects: Coordinate renovations, capital projects, and ongoing construction initiatives.</li>
<li>Financial Management: Oversee budgets, reserves, association dues, and reporting; work closely with the Board of Directors.</li>
