Renovation Project Manager — Miami, FL
Location: Wynwood (in-office presence required daily)

Chapter is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to join our growing team in Miami. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of industry professionals across construction, architecture, and interior design to bring high-end residential renovations to life.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to take ownership of projects and grow within a fast-paced design-build firm. You’ll be mentored directly by our in-house Head of Construction and will be involved in every phase of the project, from initial planning to final walkthrough.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead renovation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, material takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal preparation
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project updates
- Coordinate drawings, samples, vendor pricing, and construction timelines
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings and ensure site progress aligns with project goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of construction management experience in Miami (required)
- Experience with renovation projects, especially in high-end residential (preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a desire to grow within a team
