• Diagnose residential HVAC systems and provide repair or replacement options
• Present equipment and pricing clearly and confidently
• Build strong customer relationships and earn trust through expert service
• Perform maintenance and repairs when needed
• Close sales and meet or exceed performance goals

Qualifications:
