Compensation:
$115,000 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of each home's features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the team to generate leads and nurture relationships, contributing to our collective success.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing and organizing property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with senior agents to learn best practices and develop your skills in real estate sales and negotiation.
- Maintain a detailed schedule of showings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License.
- Experience in customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and heard.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of managing time efficiently, balancing multiple showings and appointments.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in the Ft Lauderdale-Pompano Beach-Deerfield area is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to shared goals and successes.
- Experience in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in real estate sales and negotiation skills.
