Our client, a well-established and highly respected pediatric dental practice, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who values clinical autonomy, strong compensation, and a clear path to ownership—without corporate pressure.


The practice offers a guaranteed $300,000 compensation package, flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time and transition into full-time, and a fast-track opportunity to become a Principal Partner.


Compensation & Financial Incentives

  • Guaranteed $300,000 annual compensation
  • $2,000 per diem OR 35% of production — whichever is greater

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an ADA-accredited program
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred but not neccessary
  • Active (or ability to obtain) State dental license
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
