Plumber Helper – Residential Construction

GrowNScale is hiring dependable Plumber Helpers to join residential construction crews across Jupiter and Palm Beach County. This is a hands-on opportunity to start a career in the plumbing trade with room to grow.

You’ll work alongside licensed plumbers on active job sites, learning every phase of plumbing—underground, top-outs, and trim. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and serious about learning the trade.

This position includes a working interview. Be prepared to show up with basic hand tools and ready to work.

Plumber Helper – Residential ConstructionResponsibilities:

• Assist plumbers with material handling, setup, and clean-up

• Support installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures on residential job sites

• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Take direction and follow through with tasks as assigned

• Show up on time, ready to work, every day

Plumber Helper – Residential Construction Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active construction environments

• Reliable transportation to job sites across Palm Beach County

• Basic knowledge of plumbing or construction preferred

• Must bring basic hand tools to the working interview

Plumber Helper – Residential Construction Pay & Benefits:

• $17–$18/hr starting pay

• Full-time position

• Competitive benefits after 90 days
