Licensed Psychologist – Plantation Counseling & Wellness

Plantation, FL | $85/hour (paid clinical + supervision) | Flexible Schedule | Multidisciplinary Team

About Us

Plantation Counseling & Wellness is a thriving private practice serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families in Plantation, Florida. Our team brings together highly skilled professionals from every area of mental health—including psychology, psychiatry, counseling, and school psychology. We are committed to clinical excellence, supportive teamwork, and genuine work/life balance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (caseload tailored to your preference)

• Participate in group case consultation and team meetings

• Mentor and supervise early-career therapists, including LMHC/LMFT registered interns. If you have at least 3 years of post-licensure experience, you’ll also have the opportunity to supervise postdoctoral psychology residents. Newly licensed psychologists are welcome to apply!

  • No prior supervision experience required—we cover the cost of Florida-approved supervisor training!

  • Supervision is paid and does not create personal legal liability (per Florida Board guidance)

• Enjoy full admin support so you can focus on clinical care and mentorship

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida

• Passionate about therapy and supporting the next generation of clinicians

• Enjoys collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

• Values clinical quality, respect, and a positive team culture

• Available to work on-site in our Plantation, Florida office at least two days per week
