- Network Troubleshooting: Address and resolve network challenges across all 8 layers, ensuring seamless connectivity through innovative solutions.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with a skilled team to brainstorm and implement forward-thinking solutions, keeping pace with the latest industry trends.
- On-Site Installations: Execute professional on-site system installations, ensuring every setup is optimized and configured perfectly.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain precise and detailed records of all repairs, services, and customer interactions to uphold our high standards of quality.Requirements
- Expert Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in computer repairs and custom PC builds, accompanied by a keen eye for detail.
- Network Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience with all 8 layers of a network.
