The Frazer Firm, P.A., Jupiter's premier boutique business law firm, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience in business and commercial litigation and, preferably, transactional experience to join our mission-driven team. Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Litigation
- Prepare pleadings, lead legal research, and draft motions for complex commercial disputes
- Develop litigation strategies that protect clients' businesses
- Conduct discovery and trial preparation for high-impact cases across Florida
Contracts, Business Transactions & General Counsel
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts that drive business success
- Structure corporate governance documents for growing companies
- Provide practical legal guidance that enables informed business decisions
Client Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with business owner clients and executives
- Contribute to firm-wide business development and client retention
- Participate in strategic discussions that shape client outcomes
Qualifications:
You're a Florida-licensed attorney with 3–6 years of business litigation and/or transactional experience who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment. You bring:
