Next Dental Lab is hiring an elite, senior-level full-stack software engineer to help evolve a production React/Node.js platform into a scalable, multi-tenant, enterprise-grade SaaS product.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for an engineer who:
- Thinks in systems
- Builds for scale
- Embraces modern AI-assisted development
- Wants to work closely with the business and move fast
You’ll be joining a real platform that already runs our core operations — not an MVP or proof-of-concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Own development across front-end and back-end systems
- Work within and evolve a React + Node.js production codebase
- Design and implement multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Integrate AI / LLM-powered workflows into real-world systems
- Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams
- Review, refactor, and extend existing code thoughtfully
- Help define long-term technical direction and best practices
Current & Future Tech Stack (Context)
- Front End: React
- Back End: Node.js
- Architecture: Production system transitioning toward enterprise SaaS
- Future build-outs may remain on this stack or evolve if it better serves the business
Onboarding & Ramp-Up
This role includes a deep technical onboarding period:
- Time spent reviewing the existing codebase and architecture
- Learning current workflows, integrations, and system behavior
- Participating in Zoom and in-person technical walkthroughs
- Gaining full context before leading major evolution work

Who You Are
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Are a senior or staff-level full-stack engineer
- Have deep experience with React and Node.js (or equivalent modern stacks)
- Have built or worked on SaaS platforms and understand multi-tenancy
- Are comfortable owning production systems end-to-end
- Actively use AI tools / LLMs (ChatGPT, copilots, agents, automation) in your workflow
- Can integrate AI capabilities into existing software, not just demos
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-trust environments
- Prefer close collaboration over heavy process
Work Environment
- In-office collaboration strongly preferred
- Close, hands-on work with leadership and internal teams
- Hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate

Location
- Local to South Florida preferred
- Ability to commute to our Deerfield Beach, FL office
