<li>Procedures: Typical Primary Care duties</li>
<li>Call: No</li>
<li>Support:Yes – Typically one HCM and one MA</li>
<li>Requirements: Must be BC in FM </li>
<li>Patient Load: 14-16 PPD</li>
<li>EMR: eClinical Works</li>
<li>Credentialing: 4-6 weeks. </li>
