Now Hiring: Pediatric Speech Therapist (Part-Time | In-Home | Miami-Dade)
NieCat Foundation of Excellence, Inc. – in partnership with NieCat Blessings Academy – is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team.

About the Role:
You’ll provide in-home speech therapy to children from infancy to age 5, supporting families across Miami-Dade County. This part-time 1099 position is flexible and meaningful, designed for therapists who want to make a lasting difference in early childhood development.
You will also have the opportunity to transition into our on-site team at NieCat Blessings Academy, a preschool and therapeutic center designed "exclusively" for 3- and 4-year-olds with unique abilities, opening in 2026.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Florida-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred; CFY welcome)
- Passionate about early intervention and family-centered care
- Comfortable traveling to family homes across Miami-Dade
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to helping young children thrive
- Believing "all" children can learn and progress is a plus
